The Reedham Retreat - Westlea Cottage

Westlea Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage in the village of Reedham, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. The property comes with electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi included, plus logs for the woodburner. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The ground floor has an open-plan living space with a woodburner and Freeview TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and breakfast area. Patio doors lead out to an enclosed courtyard garden with seating and tables. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom (bath and shower), and the second bedroom has a single bed and ensuite shower. Parking for one car is on site. No smoking.

Reedham sits on the River Yare and opens straight onto walking and cycling routes. Two pubs, a café and a fish and chip shop are within easy walking distance. For wider exploration, the Broads are on your doorstep, Great Yarmouth's beach is 14 miles away, and Norwich is 17 miles. The cottage suits small families and friends travelling together, each bedroom having its own bathroom.
