Reepham is a quiet market town in the heart of Broadland, positioned equally between Norfolk's coastline, the Broads and Norwich. Zen Harmony Retreat sits on the edge of the residential area, giving you a settled base for exploring in all directions without the noise of the town centre. The Crown pub is within a mile on foot.

The whole property is yours alone. Two bedrooms sleep three: a double and a single. Downstairs you have a living room with a television, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a full range of appliances for cooking, and a conservatory that opens onto a garden with seating and a patio. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Oil central heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and towels are all included; just bring or hire bed linen if needed, though that's provided too. You have parking for one car on site.

Cromer's seafront is half an hour's drive, as are Blakeney, Wells-next-the-Sea and Wroxham in the Broads. Norwich, with its castle, museums and market, is equally reachable. No smoking inside the property.
