The Buttery

The Norfolk coast is a 20-minute drive from this converted cottage near Booton, and Reepham's market town sits even closer. Walking and cycling routes start from the gate; Blickling and Mannington estates are nearby, and Norwich is half an hour away by car. The cottage itself was once the buttery and servants' quarters of a Grade II listed farmhouse, and retains original features—steep cottage stairs, exposed beams in one bedroom, glazed butler's cupboard in the kitchen—alongside modern heating and appliances.

The Buttery sleeps five across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double and single. There is one bathroom with both bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining room has an open fire and television; the kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included, and initial fuel for the fire. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage has its own entrance and a front sitting area with garden furniture; parking for two cars is on site.
