About Brynn Glamping

Set on a quiet meadow half an hour's drive from Worcester in a little-known corner of Herefordshire that's off the main tourist radar, Brynn Glamping is all about privacy, seclusion and quiet time with views to the Malvern Hills. This is a place to slow down, with no noise or distractions, just space to breathe surrounded by farmland, quiet lanes and open horizons.

Accommodation is in a neat pod designed for two, built from timber and insulated to keep things cosy. Inside, the pod is simply but smartly furnished – a comfortable bed has crisp linens supplied, and there's soft lighting to create a bit of atmosphere. A kettle and tea/coffee supplies are provided to sort out that morning cuppa. Outside, the pod opens onto its own patch of meadow, with a hammock, comfy loungers and a firepit and barbecue area for evenings spent outdoors. You'll also have a private compost toilet and your own exclusive-use alfresco shower with a view over the fields.

There are no unnecessary frills here – just a well-designed pod in a scenic setting for mornings watching the mist over the fields, evenings by the fire and plenty of peace and quiet. The market town of Bromyard is only five minutes' drive away for supplies or a pub meal.

What a magical, whimsy place! It was the perfect way to start our vacation after a long flight. The cabins were lovely, so many great details, they did a really amazing job. It was 50ish degrees in May when we stayed, the woodburning stove was enough to keep us warm at night. By the Wye has so many cute, delightful details spread out amongst the property. We stayed for 2 nights, and each walk I found another little detail hidden amongst the trees. Take time to explore, it's worth it! It was Mother's Day the weekend we stayed, Dawn was kind enough to put a basket together for me to give to my mom. It was full of yummy goodies, and much appreciated. The biggest delight is the onsite coffee shop had vegan bakery items!

What a fantastic stay! The treehouse was absolutely perfect—beautifully presented, comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning countryside. Being off-grid made it feel like a real escape from everyday life. The location was ideal, with Hay-on-Wye within walking distance. We enjoyed wandering into town, exploring the bookshops, and stopping for lunch along the way. Everything had clearly been thoughtfully put together, and the attention to detail made our stay feel really special. If you're looking for somewhere unique to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be back!

As I unpack from our trip to Wales, my clothes still smell like the comfort and tranquility that only a night spent dutifully tending a wood-burning fire can bring. By the Wye makes a vacation feel like a true escape, and one can’t help but unplug from the rigors of their routine and get wrapped up in falling asleep to the melody of the river or waking up to a cacophony of bird calls. Whether you are in Hay-on-Wye for the outdoors, the books, a pint at the Three Tuns, or a bombastic blend of all three, be sure to book this high-up hideaway.

A magical location run by magical people. There's so much to explore and enjoy on site and the stroll into Hay is short and picturesque. By the Wye is a totally unique experience and has set the bar very high for any future holidays!
