The venue itself is great, and it's a brilliant place to visit. Unfortunately, the customer service really lets it down. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, as though they couldn't be bothered to help customers. I also received a drink that was filled with ice, only to discover there was a fly in it. I had to ask for a replacement, but there wasn't even an apology, which was very disappointing. Another issue was that the laser tag was apparently "not on" again even though you could book on the app. It's becoming difficult to believe that's genuinely the case, and it gives the impression that staff simply don't want to run it. I think management really needs to hold a staff meeting about customer service and professionalism. A friendly attitude and a simple apology can make a huge difference. Without improvements, you'll continue to receive negative reviews, which isn't good for business. That's a shame because the venue itself is fantastic and has so much potential.

I use this place to play pool with my sons. It does help that sells Hell's lager, a lovely pint. We payfor pool by the hour, which works out cheaper. It's disappointing that removed the larger pool tables. Still a good night out.

Arrived this afternoon with my children, we come quite regularly to play bowling and play on the arcades. Used the change machine which gave out £9 in coins and the other £1 in 10 pences, my son wanted to play on the 20p claw machine, sent my daughter to reception to ask for them to be changed, for the staff response to be " not unless you buy something we cannot open the till" i went to the counter to speak about this further, to explain how can we use the machines stated 20p whether they the sweet ones or claw machines if we cannot exchange the money for the right change, explained that I had already paid for bowling bought drinks, so why would I need to buy something else to get right change, staff said her manager could open the till, asked for the manager, 2 members of staff, a young tall girl with long brown hair, and a young boy with id say mousy brown hair, being very rude, laughing in my face, the young boy behind the counter took it upon himself to throw a 20 pence piece at me that he had found sitting next to the till, then laughed in my face, to which I turned around and told him " throwing a 20 pence at me, trying to belittle me, is not very professional, and find his attitude amd customer service skills appalling, my 4 year old son should not have to witness that behavior hence why I sent him to go and stand with his sister by the pool table area, they were both laughing at me, and accusing me of shouting, when I simply asked if I could have my money exchanged for the right money, im not happy with the customer service I recieved tonight, waiting 20 mins for the cash machines to be filled up, and other customers waiting a very long time for machines to be filled with tickets, for staff to say " they will be filled up shortly, still not filled up had to ask again, poor customer service skills, not happy. All my other visits in the past have been great, but today was very shocked with the service I had recieved. The gentleman (manager) who came to speak with me regarding my concerns was very professional, and easy to talk to, very helpful and thoughtful to my concerns.

Absolutely shocking treatment of a young family with an autistic child. Total lack of respect, empathy or understanding from the Manager. I really felt for the parent of the child concerned. May I suggest that the team sign up for some disability awareness training!!! Shocking attitude from the manager!
