Holiday Inn Express Cambridge

Im here for a 3 night stay. The check in was easy and professional. I was told the air con wasn't working, but there would be fans in the room. It was no point being difficult to the staff. These things happen. The room is very clean and spacious. The food I had was wonderful. The bar staff also were very friendly and helpful. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10. For assistance helpfulness and great clean rooms

2nd stay in here and I grew to love this hotel - Service is excellent all the time but they do seem to be understaffed at critical moments (especially breakfast). Room is clean and big, and air-conditioning is strong. Location isn’t so great if you’re coming to Cambridge by public transport. Overall, do consider this hotel over the rest. It’s reliable, comfortable and worth your money. Will stay again!

Very nice polite and patient staff members, especially in the bar and checking in area... Rooms clean , comfortable... parking no problems... all day £6 with discount code... Food could improove.. bit of last touch missing in the dinner side... but burgers were tasty and not under or over cooked..Breakfast was included but bit poor .. I would like to see more fresh veg and fruit .. Maybe fried egg on demand... and floor was a bit a mess... however it didnt put me off to return if i need to! As I said polite staff members are sometimes more value to place than super clean floor...

Have stayed here numerous times and each time very pleased. The young woman, Monica, who checked us in was extremely helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location, as there were shops nearby and a bus directly into Cambridge, so we didn't have to drive.
