What a day, ok hour! The best fun! Was a bit apprehensive about doing this on home turf but the sun was shining, Cardiff was buzzing and the minute the headphones went on and the music started, all inhibitions went and we danced our way round the sweltering streets of Cardiff city centre busting moves led by Gordon without a care in the world. Ten of us in our group from 55+ loved it! Closest thing we'll get to a disco/clubbing at our age!!!! Will be giggling about this for years!

Completed this for my sisters Hen! Was a hilariously good fun! She was a horse and it makes you forget that you are bouncing around Cardiff singing and dancing your heart out! Definitely worth the fun! Thankyou Gordon x
