What visitors say
Absolutely shocking. Check-in queues were incredibly long for all of our games which meant we were late to start bowling and couldn’t even start darts. The place was filthy, especially the toilets. The bar queue was again ridiculously long, and when you did get to the bar it was a roulette as to who was going to be served next (not in order of who was first). The place didn’t look understaffed, just had lots of staff standing around not doing very much. With the number of staff they had on, why they chose to have one person on check-in and two people on the bar, I don’t know. Wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be going again.

We had a brilliant time here for my son’s 11th birthday. We were so well looked after by Tom and the kids had an amazing time. Super clean, loads of fun things to do with the kids, the food was super tasty. Really happy with our experience.

We went last Friday, they stop serving drinks 45 mins before they close. The place is amazing, recommended going really early if you want to order a soft drink.

Turnd away at the door on opening day as nothing is working. No email beforehand and after having to pay for parking with no offer of vouchers etc. Just a refund that I will probably have to chase.
