Maes Y Bryn Farmhouse

Maes Y Bryn Farmhouse works for larger groups, extended families and anyone needing real space to spread out. Five bedrooms sleep ten across a detached farmhouse on a working farm in Carmarthenshire, with the whole property to yourselves. One dog is welcome at no extra charge, though it must be kept on leads as you're on a working farm.

The ground floor holds a bedroom with zip-and-link super kingsize bed and ensuite, plus a games room and utility room with washing and tumble-drying facilities. Upstairs, the living room has a wood burner and 50-inch television; the kitchen-dining space has a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher for cooking proper meals; and four more bedrooms are distributed across the floor, one with an ensuite. A bathroom with both bath and shower serves the others. Bed linen, towels, heating and wifi are included, along with logs for the burner. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

Outside, a large enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue overlooks fields; there are 14 steps down into it. Private parking fits four cars. The farmhouse is two steps up from ground level at the entrance. Llandelio's shops and restaurants are within easy reach; the Brecon Beacons lie beyond.
