The Brecon Beacons and their foothills dominate the landscape around Llandeilo, making this corner of Carmarthenshire ideal for walking, cycling and exploring on foot. West Barn itself sits on grounds that include a fenced field, and the property comes with a private gym if the weather turns. The nearby market town has independent shops and restaurants; further afield, Carreg Cennen Castle perches on a dramatic hilltop within reasonable driving distance.
This is a converted barn on a single level, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The master has a super king bed and an ensuite with a bath and separate shower; the second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed (convertible to two singles) and its own ensuite. A wood burner warms the open-plan kitchen and living area, which opens via bi-folding doors onto the garden. The essentials—heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen—are covered, and there is initial fuel for the stove. Outside, a hot tub sits in the grounds alongside garden furniture and a barbecue, with private parking for two cars and an electric charging point.
One well-behaved dog can come along free of charge. The property is non-smoking.
