Walk through the door of The Farmhouse and you find yourself in a semi-detached property that spreads across two floors. Downstairs, the living room has a 48" Freeview TV and electric fire; the kitchen-dining room is fitted with a gas cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer; the bathroom has a bath with shower over. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king, a double, and a bunk room with TV and DVD player. One bathroom serves all three. The property sleeps 6 and is yours alone during your stay, set on a private farm lane within Morlogws, a working dairy farm in a wooded valley.

Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. An external utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer. The property has its own lawned garden with patio and furniture. You share use of an indoor heated swimming pool (8m x 3m, 1m to 1.8m deep, closed November to January), a hot tub for 6, a games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis and gym equipment, and a BBQ. Parking for two cars is provided. The grounds include an unfenced pond 10 yards away. No smoking inside. The area suits families exploring West Wales and the Carmarthenshire countryside; Morlogws is on a natural water supply from a borehole.

Just returned from a week at morlogws farm. A super family holiday . Cottage very clean and everything you need is there All mid cons like an air fryer all settees are recliners . Comfortable beds Lots to do in the area with children . Very peaceful location . The swimming pool is warm and hot tub very relaxing . We used the pool at least twice a day children loved it . Weather was very good too although it was the hottest week this year the cottage living room was cool surprisingly. . Highly recommend

Amazon break! We stayed in the Farm for 3 nights in the logs cabin. The place is in the middle of nowhere but google map’s location is accurate and you will get step by step directions from Nicola and Aled. On the arrival we were welcomed by the hosts and showed around. Log cabin is spacious and has everything you may think about (microwave, kettle, hob and oven, fridge with freezer, even an air fryer!). Smart TV and fast internet, puzzles, games, books – weather does not matter! The pool and hot tub are great – open 24/7. Nicola can give you a tour around the farm to see the cows. Great experience for everyone. Closest shop is few min drive away so ensure that you bring everything you need with you! Definitely a place to come back!

Absolutely 100% recommend! From the start we had a brilliant week. The Welcome from the hosts Nicola and Aled and all the workers on the farm, introducing us to all the dairy cows, my little ones were so excited. Fresh milk daily. The pool and hot tub are always clean and warm. Washing facilities great and could use whenever. We stayed in The Log Cabin and were super cosy all week - even looking at going back next year. Local facilities easily accessible by car - easy to find.

We’ve just had a lovely weeks stay, the weather wasn’t on our side but we managed to keep ourselves busy for a full week in the local area and a little further a field, the swimming pool / hot tub and games room were a dream and we made use of them every day. Absolutely stunning rural location, well equipped lodge with everything we needed but the best part of this little hidden gem has to be owners, a lovely warm Welsh welcome, nothing is too much trouble and any issues such as bulb not working is promptly addressed. Thank you for having us.
