Pendegy Mill - Mill Cottage

Mill Cottage stands on the grounds of a converted water mill in rural Carmarthenshire, where a stream still runs through the property toward the River Taff. The cottage sits within walking distance of the West Wales Coastal Path and near the village of Llanybri, with the coastal settlement of Llansteffan less than a mile away. The building itself is a restored stone barn, now furnished as a comfortable family holiday base with private parking for two cars.

The ground floor is open plan, combining living and dining areas with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with its own ensuite shower, a double, and a bunk room with a double bed on the lower tier and single above. There is a second full bathroom with a bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the owners can arrange an electric vehicle charging point if needed. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available to request in advance. The property has a lawned garden with seating, though it is shared with another cottage on site. One pet stays free of charge. The grounds contain an unfenced stream about 50 yards from the house and a sloping bank worth noting if you have young children.
