The Coachman’s Loft House

Carmarthen sits within reach of the Towy Valley and its walking routes, while a pub lies barely a mile away. The Coachman's Loft House itself occupies 1.8 acres of grounds, where an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi sit in a purpose-built leisure wing. A cinema, games spaces and children's play area fill the estate alongside the main Georgian house and a separate ground-floor annex.

Eleven bedrooms across the property accommodate up to 24 guests. The Georgian wing holds five bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities; the Victorian section contains four more, named after local waterfalls. Two additional bedrooms sit in the adapted annex on the ground floor, which includes its own kitchenette, living space and an accessible shower with grab handles and seat. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The main house kitchens are equipped for group cooking and catering.

This works for large family gatherings, celebrations and reunions. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
