This family-run farm sprawls across 1400 acres of gorgeous Cambrian Mountain scenery, 13 miles from the nearest town, and you're free to wander and choose your own pitch among the grazing sheep and wildlife.
It's genuinely wild camping – facilities stretch to a composting toilet and running water from the farm's well, so don't expect luxuries like hot showers. But that's entirely the point. Campfires are welcome, dogs roam free, and the silence is near-total. When you fancy human company, three village pubs sit within a short drive, or head to Llyn Brianne reservoir for waterside walks and RSPB Gwenffrwd-dinas for spectacular birdwatching among the hills.
