Ty Afon - Ty Afon Reg

Ty Afon is a four-bedroom house sleeping eight near Ysgol Y Bedol in Carmarthenshire. The whole property is yours alone. Everything essential comes with it: electricity, mains gas central heating via an air source heat pump, bed linen, towels, and wifi. Initial logs for the wood burner are included too.

The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV and wood burner, a second sitting room with Smart TV, and a kitchen-dining space with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with super kingsize beds and ensuite walk-in showers, one with a kingsize bed, and one with two singles. A family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower serves the other two bedrooms. All three bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Outside is a lawned garden with seating and barbecue, and a six-person hot tub. Parking for three cars is on site. The house does not allow smoking. One dog or cat can stay free. It suits families or groups who want a fully self-contained base with room to cook and space to spread out—and a place to soak after exploring the area.
