The kitchen sits adjacent, equipped with a wood-burner, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, and original bread oven from when the farmhouse served as the working hub of the farm. A utility room houses a washing machine, and a shower room with walk-in shower completes the ground level. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, a second king-size bedroom, and two further rooms each with twin single beds. A full bathroom with bath and over-shower serves the upper floor. A games room on the first floor has books, games and a 32-inch television.

The farmhouse sits on a working sheep farm in Carmarthenshire's Gwendraeth Valley, with an enclosed lawned garden, patio and barbecue for outdoor meals. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs for the wood-burner are included. The property has parking for four cars and a bike store. One dog is welcome and stays free of charge. Children's kit including a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. The nearby Black Cat Events venue, local pubs and restaurants, Cefn Sidan beach, Kidwelly Castle and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales are all within 30 minutes' drive. No smoking throughout.
