The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—everything needed to cook properly rather than make do. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available on site.

This detached property sits on its own lawned garden with terrace and furniture, with ample parking on site. One dog stays free. The cottage is reached by a single step and everything is on the ground floor. A shared gym is also available to guests. Smoking is not permitted. The grounds include an unfenced pond, so this matters if you're travelling with young children.

Llanelli is in Carmarthenshire, close to Bigyn Primary School. The wider area offers walks, access to the Black Mountain, and red kites and buzzards in the sky above.
