This stone barn conversion stands on the grounds of Blaenllynnant Farm, a historic estate in the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. The building dates from the 19th century and has been finished to a high standard, with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living space that can accommodate eight people comfortably. The main living area has a woodburner and media facilities, while the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with two electric ovens, a dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Central heating (partly underfloor) and hot water are included, along with wifi, bed linen and towels.

The property occupies its own grounds with a lawned garden, terrace and seating, plus exclusive access to a private hot tub. Parking is ample. Inside, bedrooms are split between ground and first floors: two rooms with paired single beds and two with double beds, all en-suite. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for longer stays. The initial fuel for the woodburner is covered in the rental. There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, which matters if children will be staying.

The location suits families, groups and those wanting straightforward access to walking and wildlife in the Beacons. Red kites and buzzards are regular sightings from the property. Myddfai Community Hall and Visitor Centre is nearby for local information. The nearest town is Llandovery. No smoking is permitted inside.
