Y Bwthyn

Y Bwthyn sits on the edge of Blaenwaun, a hamlet where rolling fields stretch across the borders of three counties. The cottage occupies a 6-acre smallholding, with views over meadows and farmland at the back. The village pub is within a mile, and the Carmarthenshire coast—Pendine Sands and Llansteffan—lies roughly 40 minutes' drive away.

The entire property is yours alone, on a single level. A large open-plan living space brings kitchen, dining and sitting areas together, with windows onto the orchard and growing beds. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. One bedroom holds a kingsize bed, the other two singles. The wet room has a shower and heated towel rail. Oil underfloor heating runs throughout, and electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The back garden has furniture and a barbecue; note there is a step down to it. One dog is welcome, to be kept on a lead as this is an active farm. The property has private parking for two cars and an electric car charging point.

Llansteffan castle and Iron Age earthworks can be explored on the coast. Pendine Sands offers 6 miles of beach, and Tenby, a larger seaside resort, is also about 40 minutes away. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
