What guests say
We had a great experience at this hotel, especially thanks to Ivonne at the front desk. We arrived around midnight after a long journey, and she welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and easy despite the late hour. Her outstanding service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Ivonne!

The limited staff were doing there best to keep everything running smoothly. Matt was brilliant at sorting out any problems. The room was clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The triple glazing was excellent at keeping out the noise of the buzy road. The aircon was excellent and kept us cool during the May heatwave! The unlimited breakfast was very good. The evening meal was edible, but not great. The menu is limited. I would have liked a salad. My Hunters Chicken said it came with salad and coleslaw, but I only received coleslaw. There aren't any grounds to walk around. We had to take our dog along the road to a small copse. Overall we would visit again, but not have high expectations.

Welcoming nice staff on arrival a bit out of the way of Leeds. Nice clean room large TV comfortable bed , bath with shower over and handy grab rails in bath, plenty of hanging space air con and heater. Busy road outside but the double glazing works well as no road noises. Internal noise from neighbouring rooms of banging doors can be heard

Not enough staff when busy, I was here for 3 days and day one started having to pay separately for parking with the wrong room key, day 2 no food service for dinner, day 3 got forgotten about for dinner thanks to the gentlemen who came in to fix on thr up side i was catered for with cereal and toast over the weekend as I had to leave each day before 07:00
