Very friendly and polite service, supporting your basic needs in daily life. Aside the non functioning television with cracked images, rooms are well cleaned up and in perfect fit. Location is in the outskirts of Leeds so you need to plan for long travels.

In our room the bath was dirty, there was no light in the shower so it was dark and the curtains were broken. But other then that the breakfast was amazing and service was great.

Lovely nights sleep. V. comfy mattress. Staff very attentive and polite. We'll be booking ahead for next year when we get home 👍
