What visitors say
Visited few times over the years and very same good standard. Kids are enjoying, parents too. Clean, nice staff, everything worked perfectly. Recently we were there on a weekday during this summer holiday.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Alton Towers Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, clean, and full of positive energy. The atmosphere is incredible for both adults and children — so many attractions, beautiful areas to relax, and plenty of activities for the whole family. The water attractions were definitely one of our favourite parts, especially on a sunny day! ☀️🌊 The staff were friendly and helpful, the resort was very well maintained, and there was always something exciting to do. It’s the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories, whether you’re looking for adventure, fun, or simply a joyful day out together. Highly recommend for families, couples, and anyone wanting a fun escape from daily routine. We will definitely come back again! 🎢✨

Me and my family- my husband and 3 kids. Absolutely loved it here on Sunday. We had gone on a short break package. Theme park access on Saturday, Enchanted Forest Lodge and water park. Such a brilliant weekend. Brilliant waterpark with a good mix of things to do for all ages. Lockers we're cheap (20p each). Clean pool. Busy but it didn't take away ant enjoyment at all. Lovely outside area with pools- warm water too. I couldn't find ant faults with it at all. Would go again.

Always good... we weren't sure if the time slots would be long enough but they were. I was definitely ready to get out... completely knackered... it could have been kept a little more cleaner. Changing rooms weren't all that clean.
