The open-plan living area has a kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, making it straightforward to cook or reheat meals. A shower room and heated towel rail complete the layout. Everything needed to settle in—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—comes as standard, along with a welcome pack when you arrive. Free parking is available in the public car park nearby.

The apartment benefits from soundproofing and bright windows. Wall art and views over the town centre create a practical base for exploring the coast. Whiterocks Beach and the twin strands of East and West lie within walking distance; the harbour and Ramore Headland are equally close for anyone drawn to coastal paths or water sports. Those visiting for golf can reach Royal Portrush without difficulty, while Dunluce Castle and the Giant's Causeway are accessible by short drive. The space does not permit smoking. In December the owners decorate the apartment for Christmas.
