Rolling farmland and open countryside surround this ground-floor cottage, part of a working sheep farm in rural Ceredigion. The property sits on its own within the owners' grounds, with a network of footpaths and bridleways spanning roughly two miles across the surrounding land. From the front terrace you look out towards the farm and the hills beyond; from the rear courtyard, enclosed and private, you have direct access to the hot tub.

Both bedrooms have kingsize beds—one with an en-suite bath and shower, the other served by a separate shower room. The kitchen handles proper cooking with a gas oven and hob, and opens through French doors to the courtyard where you'll find seating for four and the hot tub. The living room, also with French doors to a front seating area, has a 42-inch television and Freesat. Essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer available in the utility room, parking for three cars, and one dog stays free.

The owners can arrange for supermarket deliveries to arrive on your check-in day and will unpack and store everything before you get there. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
