Bwthyn sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it suitable for families or groups wanting their own space in rural Ceredigion. The cottage is a converted 18th-century barn on a working farm, positioned away from its operations on quiet countryside where red kites are visible. One dog is welcome to stay. Parking on site accommodates three cars, and there is an enclosed patio with garden access.

The ground floor contains a kitchen equipped for cooking and a separate dining space, along with a double bedroom and a single twin. Upstairs, the living room has a woodburner and Freeview television, while two further single twins and an ensuite shower room occupy this level. Wi-Fi, electricity and bed linen are included. The property suits those wanting to explore on foot: the Wales Coast Path lies about a mile away, clifftop walks are nearby, and New Quay's beaches are roughly 1½ miles distant. Aberaeron is nine miles off, Llangrannog seven. A shop and pub sit within two miles. Note that the garden contains a pond, and smoking is not permitted.

Stunning!! We've stayed a t a few cottages in Wales and this one was the best by far, we'll definitely be looking to book again. Loved the little doors and the place was immaculate, Tony and Gwen have left everything that you'd need away from home, stunning place.

It's a lovely little cottage it's one of the cleanest places we have stayed, and it has everything you need even down to the pans and pots Only down side is the location. There is nowhere to walk the dogs, but the owners can't do much about that. it's a personal preference, that's all

Fantastic stay @ y bwthyn. Gwen and Tony are super and put every thought and detail into everyone's stay nothing is too much. People who book in this superbly renovated cottage will not be let down. The location is spot on too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts very quite and tranqulie but not a a trek from everything you could need on a holiday that's coming from a family and a dog. Thanks for a lovely stay both. 👍
