Frondeg

Ceredigion

View on Google Maps

Aberaeron sits on the Ceredigion coast with the kind of working harbour that still smells of fish and salt. The town has independent shops, galleries and restaurants within walking distance, and the Wales Coast Path runs right through it. Frondeg occupies the highest point in the village, giving it views across the bay that reach toward North Wales on clear days.

The property is a single-storey bungalow sleeping seven across three bedrooms: a double with en suite bathroom, a second double, and a twin. There is also a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has seating for six and is properly equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. A separate living room overlooks the garden through a conservatory. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One dog stays free. Parking on site fits four cars. No smoking inside.

The garden has a paved patio and lawn with outdoor furniture. Aberaeron's position on the Wales Coast Path makes it a base for walking, and the bay is known for bottlenose dolphins, boat trips, and a seafood festival in July. Families with young children can request a travel cot and highchair.
