The property sits within 8 acres of shared grounds that include direct access to an unfenced river—something to bear in mind if you have young children. On-site parking for one car is available. The converted stone building retains character, with the bedroom occupying what was formerly a hayloft, so headroom varies in places due to the beams. Lampeter is nearby with supermarkets, independent shops and cafes; Aberaeron, about 20 minutes away, offers coastal access and is a market town with pubs and restaurants. No smoking inside the cottage.
