Gwynfryn works for larger families and groups who need proper space to spread out. Seven bedrooms across three floors sleep up to 14 people, with five bathrooms and four en-suite rooms. The house is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet stays free. Everything essential is covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—so you can arrive and settle straight in.
Downstairs, a large kitchen with an Aga, electric oven and gas hob opens to a dining room and living room with an open fire. There's a games room with a pool table for quiet evenings, a conservatory, and a utility room with a dishwasher. Upstairs, bedrooms range from king-size four-posters to twin beds, each with thoughtful touches like heated towel rails. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The grounds are the real draw: five acres with an enclosed garden, patio and firepit for gatherings. A summerhouse with decked seating provides shelter for outdoor meals, and the eight-person hot tub is private to the property. Parking for ten cars means no hunting for spaces. Llanarth is coastal Ceredigion; the school is nearby if that matters for your trip. No smoking inside, and stag or hen parties are not suitable for the property.

A hidden gem of a private home in Ceredigion, West Wales. Florin is a unique manor house, Ideal for couples looking to get married in exclusive private-home surroundings. It was my first time photographing a wedding at florin and it is a beautiful setting for your wedding. The grounds are beautiful with its secluded romantic gardens, ornate fountains and secret pathways providing the idyllic backdrop for your photographs. I look forward to photographing more weddings at Florin in the future.

An amazing property! We rented the house for a long weekend for a group of 12 people and we had the best time! The jacuzzi and pizza oven are a great addition! Beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything you might need! Even if the house is hold, it’s been properly modernized with fast internet, good pressure for water and everything is sound proof.

Beautiful venue for a wedding and very attentive staff. Tricky to get a taxi home but this is to be expected in such a rural area.

An absolutely stunning hidden gem. A fantastic venue for weddings and celebrations. Self catering holiday home for 14 people. Amazing setting, lovely gardens, fantastic Hall. Will definitely be looking to return again.
