Built in the 1800s, Delfryn is a link-detached cottage that has been restored to combine period character with modern comfort. Stone walls and a working fireplace give the main living room its backbone, while French doors from the kitchen and dining area open onto a garden with patio and seating. A second sitting room with TV provides a quieter retreat. The sleeping accommodation comprises three bedrooms upstairs—a king, a zip-and-link double, and a single—plus a family bathroom and separate ground-floor shower room.
The village of Llanarth sits just off the A487 coastal road, positioning the cottage within three miles of New Quay, a seaside resort with three sandy beaches, and equally close to Aberaeron, a Georgian harbour town with shops and restaurants. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The enclosed garden has space to sit and a BBQ. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking and suitable for five people, whether a family with children (a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available) or a group of friends.
