Ceredigion

Lampeter sits within reach of Ceredigion's coast and the Coastal Path, making this a practical base for exploring the region on foot or by car. The Dairy is a ground-floor cottage designed with accessibility in mind: lever handles, widened doorways, lowered kitchen worktops and a wet room with grab rails and an adjustable toilet seat mean it works well for those with mobility considerations. A super kingsize bed and electric heating keep things comfortable through the year.
The open-plan living and dining space centres on a wood-burning effect electric fire. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A rear patio overlooks a private garden where you can sit, eat or light the barbecue. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included. Parking for two cars is on site.
Pets stay free, which sets this apart for anyone wanting their dog or cat with them. Note that children under 15 are not accommodated. The owners' grounds include a large pond, so families with younger children would not be suitable. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.

Our 2nd visit here 1st being in January, just had to enjoy it in spring aswell. Outstanding accommodation, the welcome pack for humans and dogs is such a thoughtful touch. Welshcakes, butter, cheese, homemade jam & chutney, milk & bread. Bowls, towels, poo bags & treats for the fur babes. The accommodation is the best we have stayed in. Completely dog friendly, wonderful enclosed secure gardens with lovely walks out of your door. True animal lovers, we stayed twice now with 2 daschunds & a staffie. Everything is there down to salt n pepper! Beds are so comfortable, amazing shower. Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Peaceful location but near to beaches etc. The hosts Pam & Grahame and thier daughter are so helpful friendly & truly make you feel so welcome. We love coming here thank you so much we will see you again very soon.

Brilliant place, one of the best dog friendly places we've stayed in. The owner greeted us and fussed our dog. There was plenty of tea, coffee a loaf of bread and a cream tea for us on arrival. Would definitely go back again.

A lovely 1 bed cottage just outside of Aberaeron, super dog friendly, very tranquil unspoilt location and ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

Just come back from staying at The Cowshed. A beautiful cottage for a peaceful getaway, yet not far from the nearest town. Cottage was exceptionally clean, really well designed, and the owner Pam and her daughter were lovely, and so helpful. We arrived to a brilliant welcome pack which had absolutely everything we needed after a long drive, ie. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cheese, bread, homeade jam, chutney and bread - even dog treats and dog bags. There were even dog bowls provided. Then there's bed - soooo so comfortable!!! My dogs will miss the huge field so much. The locals were also really nice and friendly. All in all, I was really impressed and definitely plan to return for another visit. Thank you so much to the owners, I'd definitely recommend.
