Penroc is a two-bedroom cottage in Ceredigion, sleeping four, where the essentials are all covered—wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and one car can park on site. The property sits on a rough track approached through countryside, with views towards the Cambrian Mountains.
The ground floor is a single open-plan space: a kitchen fitted with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge opens via French doors to a garden; a dining area sits alongside; and a living area centres on an electric fire, with a Freesat television, DVD player and radio to hand. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and its own balcony overlooking the Ystwyth valley, while the other contains twin beds. The bathroom holds a bath with a hand-held shower head and a heated towel rail. The property is no-smoking, and one well-behaved pet stays free.
An enclosed garden with barbecue and furniture is shared with other properties on the site. A landline telephone is provided for emergencies in an area where mobile signal is limited. A selection of DVDs, books, puzzles and games are left for quieter evenings.
