Families and small groups looking for a seaside base will find Seascape straightforward to live in. The whole property is yours, with two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—and a shower room on the ground floor. The open-plan living and dining space has a 32-inch smart TV, and the kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, and there's a welcome pack to help you settle in.
Outside, a front patio with garden furniture and barbecue overlooks a shared lawn; the owners live next door. Parking is private, for two cars, and there's a bike store. One dog can stay for free. The property sits within a 15-minute walk of two beaches, and Aberystwyth's town centre—with shops, bars, restaurants, the pier and promenade—is just over half a mile away. The cliff railway to the top of the headland takes six minutes on foot; from there, the Camera Obscura, a café and restaurant are open to visitors. The Vale of Rheidol steam train runs from here to Devil's Bridge, and the Ynyslas Nature Reserve with its dune system is nearby. Walkers will find plenty of routes starting from the property, and if golf interests you, Aberystwyth Golf Club is close by. No smoking inside.
