Tŷ Melindwr
Ceredigion
Tŷ Melindwr is a self-contained wing of a house overlooking the Melindwr Valley in Ceredigion, sleeping two in a double bedroom. The ground floor contains a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, while upstairs you have a living room with TV, DVD and CD player, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; heating is provided by oil central heating. The property does not permit smoking, and is not suitable for children under 10.
The immediate surroundings are the real draw here. One acre of landscaped garden with sitting areas and a fireplace looks south across the valley towards Goginan village, with woodland to the rear. A shared utility room gives access to a washing machine and freezer. You have private parking for two cars and a bike store. Woodland and valley walks start from the door, ranging across different difficulties and distances. The Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre, famous for red kite feeding, is two and a half miles away. Aberystwyth and Cardigan Bay lie within reasonable driving distance.
