A sofa bed in the living room means five guests can be accommodated comfortably. One pet stays free. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for two cars on site.

The ground floor centres on a kitchen diner equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, Aga, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine all present. Upstairs, the living room is the main gathering space. Outside, the garden extends into woodland with a seating area and barbecue for evenings. The village location next to Llanwenog Church puts you among walking country—Brechfa Forest and the Teifi Valley are nearby—though you'll need a car to explore them properly.
