Y Clinc occupies a converted police station in Cardigan's market town centre, within reach of the Ceredigion coastal path on foot. The walk south connects to the Pembrokeshire coastal path; dolphins and seals are regularly spotted along the coastline. The Guildhall Market is a short distance away, and various family attractions sit within walking or driving distance of the property.
This single-storey building sleeps 28 across seven bedrooms, all on ground level. The accommodation consists mainly of bunk-bed rooms—some with double-and-single configurations, others with three-foot bunks—distributed across the converted cells and spaces. Five bathrooms and five additional toilets serve the property, with showers including walk-in and cubicle options and at least two wet rooms. A substantial living and dining area (without television) connects to a kitchen fitted with two electric ovens, two gas hobs, an electric hob, microwave and two fridge-freezers, making it possible to cater for large groups. A utility room contains a washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are covered. Parking is available on site, and there is an enclosed garden and secure bike storage. Pets stay free. Smoking is not permitted.
The conversion retains the building's original character—visible cell doors and former courtroom spaces remain—making it a distinctive base for extended family gatherings, walking groups or adventure weekends exploring Cardigan Bay.
