A lovely 3 night stay meeting up with friends. Nice clean comfy rooms and a very generous breakfast hamper each day. Outdoor space allowed for eating breakfast together which is obviously weather dependent Friendly and helpful host who gave some great recommendations for eating out. The property is ideally situated for visiting attractions in Devon, Somerset and Dorset. Highly recommend and would visit again if in the area.

Room was brilliant, compact but had all you needed. The bed was massive and super comfy. The breakfast hamper is a great idea and had plenty in it for the 2 of us. Great Sky windows that let loads of natural light. Nothing local to do but great for a room to sleep and chill in.

Only spent one night there and would definitely return, hosts Gregg and Hollie very friendly and helpful. Unique set up good free parking, outside seating area, rooms excellent, continental breakfast very enjoyable. Gregg gave good advice on local eateries.

Very comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast supplied. Reception less, so instructions received on day of arrival. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.
