What visitors say
My movie started just after 5pm and the car park was virtually empty. By the time I left it was rammed and people were driving back and forth trying to get a space. The staff were polite and helpful. The chairs were comfortable.

I went here yesterday afternoon to watch the 4pm screening of Toy Story 5 with my wife and daughter and everything was going well until just before the start. A group of boys came in as the trailers were starting, sat down at the front in the middle row and I thought nothing of it. Then a member of staff walked in and found where there were and approached them. It became apparent that these boys had not purchased tickets and had said that they wanted to use the toilets. The boys were refusing to leave and were of the delusional belief that they should be allowed to stay and watch the film. The boys were becoming argumentative and the member of staff was calm, collected and reminded the boys that if they continued to refuse to leave, he will call the police and have them removed for trespassing. It was at this point that my wife decided to leave screen 10 and locate another member of staff to assist him. Once the other member of staff arrived, the boys relented (through embarrassment) because everyone was watching them. They walked out before the film started and minimal disruption happened. Everyone in screen 10 was able to enjoy the film and have a wonderful afternoon. I want to thank the member of staff for what he did. Those arrogant little boys got a dose of reality yesterday and the member of staff who dealt with them needs to know that there are people like me and everyone else who was there who appreciates what he did. I was very tempted to get up and help him, but I know I'm not as diplomatic as my wife. If I had got up, my no nonsense tough approach would have made that situation worse. Again, thank you to the member of staff for what you did, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed Toy Story 5

The theatre was very good and the screen and sound was very good. The only disappointment was the price of drinks and sweets. I would recommend people take their own food and drinks rather than having the prices spoilt their trip.

This is the second time this Cineworld has cancelled a screening I've booked, and this time it was the last straw. We booked a daytime showing and, when I checked beforehand, we were the only two people booked into the screen. We drove over during a heatwave, bought two spectacularly overpriced beers, walked to the screen, and only then were we told the film had been cancelled because the 'air conditioning wasn't working' Perhaps that was genuinely the reason. Equally, with only two customers booked in, it certainly gave the impression that running the screen simply wasn't worth it. Either way, the result was exactly the same: wasted time, wasted fuel, wasted money, and two expensive beers bought for a film that never happened. If a screening has to be cancelled, let people know before they arrive. A text, an email, anything. Waiting until customers have travelled to the cinema and started spending money is simply poor customer service. Twice is enough for me. I won't be returning.
