Wysteria, North Lodge is a detached studio where everything unfolds across one floor. You arrive at a single open-plan room that combines living, dining and kitchen areas, with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room tucked alongside. The layout feels compact but considered—nothing wasted, everything within reach. Electricity, heating, wifi and towels are all included; the kitchen has a microwave and grill for straightforward cooking.

Outside, there's private parking for one car and an electric charging point. A small front garden with seating looks out over the surrounding countryside. One dog can stay free. The entrance involves open external steps—something to bear in mind if mobility is a concern. No smoking inside.

The location sits in rural Mole Valley with Gatwick airport nine miles away and train stations at Faygate and Horsham within reasonable reach, both offering connections to London and Brighton. The nearby village of Rusper has two pubs. Walks through local woodlands and country lanes are accessible from the doorstep. Guests typically stay Sunday to Friday or Friday to Sunday, checking in after 3pm and out before 10am.
