I mean, I understand this is cheap accommodation but my goodness, this was shocking. I don’t even know how I managed to end up getting to sleep, but everything about this accommodation was truly shocking. The room itself is a very basic and incredibly run down. You can tell no one cares about the state of the place, and I really did question if the sheets are changed regularly. I tried to warm up some food, and the cutlery was beyond disgusting and dirty. I didn’t use even a simple cut out of fear that nothing was clean. The shared bathroom was falling apart when I tried to take a shower, and it was very dirty with urine left in the toilet most times, and a dirty floor. There was WiFi supposedly, but this didn’t work. I rang to inform them and I was told there has been no reported issue and they will get back to me. They never did. I definitely won’t be staying again as the place was full of drunkards

I accidentally made a booking at this property after mistakenly selecting the wrong address, and the receptionist initially assured us they could assist with resolving the matter. Despite this, when we arrived late at night, we were denied entry to the hotel. Even though Booking.com representatives tried to mediate and find a compromise, the hotel’s response was dismissive, rude, and self-serving. If you’re looking for respect and proper service, this is certainly not the place. Furthermore, in case of any issues, you can expect them to blame you entirely and treat you unfairly, leaving you feeling more like a culprit than a guest.

A faff to check in as you have to go to a different hotel to pick up your key card. Was greeted by some fairly unfriendly and casual staff. A cheap stay so can’t complain about the room but wasn’t advertised as a shared bathroom on booking website so disappointed…

Hotel is spread over a small area of Cheltenham in several properties which, after finding the reception, the room was initially difficult to find. Receptionist and help number provided where helpful directing. Room was fairly small (not a big problem) but it also contained the boiler for the hotel so was overly warm and noisey when others used the hot water. Room was behind the bathroom so all noises can be made out. Large gap around door and an over sensitive hall light meant alot of light leaking into the room.
