Very impersonal welcome and service. Disappointing, tiny bedroom in the basement. The bed was a small double and my husband is tall! No breakfast included. Very expensive for what it was. On a positive note, the room was spotlessly clean and pretty and we were able to leave our rental car in the hotel car park.

We cannot speak too highly of the service we received at the Cotswold Grange, in every way the staff were exemplary. Our room was large, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. We were really impressed with this hotel and hope to return.

Prime location for Cheltenham town centre or racecourse facilities, 5 mins away. Plenty of free on site parking. Our Accommodation was excellent , comfortable kingsize bed and walk in shower with plenty of hot water. It has a bar with a good selection for most people. Breakfast menu plenty of choices was hot and very well cooked. I would highly recommend the Cotswold Grange if looking for somewhere to stay in Cheltenham.
