Garden Cottage is fully equipped for a week away. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine; there is also a separate utility room with washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, along with electricity. The woodburner runs on fuel available on-site by arrangement. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—two with zip-and-link kingsize beds that convert to twins, and one fixed kingsize—with two bathrooms including an ensuite with walk-in shower. One dog is welcome.
The main draw is the private hot tub on the decked garden, ringed by furniture and barbecue. Inside, there's a living-dining room with smart TV and woodburner. Parking is for three cars. The cottage sits on a small estate of holiday properties near Northwich, in countryside with local footpaths and pubs within walking distance. The Odd Thing is nearby. Arley Hall and Gardens, Tatton Park and the Royal Cheshire County Show Ground are all within short drives. No smoking indoors.

Amazing time. They send detailed directions along with all relative information. The cottage was stunning and had everything you'd expect along with a few extras like the lavender pouch and welcome note on arrival, travel shampoo, conditioner etc and robes so we didn't freeze when exiting the hot tub. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break. Chester is a short 30 minute drive and I was in love with it from the get go. As we had never been and wanted to explore we purchased a downloadable treasure trail with is fun within itself but also sends you to cheaters landmarks like the Roman gardens, amphitheatre and the clock tower and to top it off we went to Chester zoo which was great.

Just returned home from spending a week in Eton Barn. What a wonderful experience. Top notch accommodation with the most comfortable beds imaginable. My party of 8 had plenty of room, and the private hot tub was great. A very warm welcome from Harriet made our stay very enjoyable. A return visit is on the cards.

We had an amazing stay in the Garden Cottage. The grounds and gardens are worth it alone. Beautifully kept and a very relaxing environment. Thank you for a lovely weekend and helping us celebrate my mums birthday
