What visitors say
Excellent very well run campsite. Our 5th visit. We were on an Emperor pitch so very luxurious with its day room and shower. Notdough pizza (Wednesdays) and NotSo Japanese (Thursday-Saturday) onsite provide great options for eating out or takeaway. The extensive bench table seating in the bar areas is okay but replacing some with more comfortable seating and tables near the large TV screens would be a bonus.

We’ve just returned from a five‑night stay at Concierge Camping, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the standard of care, cleanliness, and attention to detail set this site apart from anywhere else we’ve stayed. The pitches are beautifully laid out—spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed to give you both comfort and privacy. Everything feels premium without ever being pretentious. The facilities are spotless at all times, with showers and amenities that genuinely feel more like a boutique hotel than a campsite. The team deserves special praise. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly professionalism created such a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. We also loved the peaceful setting. It’s tranquil, beautifully maintained, and ideal for unwinding, yet perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. After long days out, returning to such a calm, luxurious base felt like a treat in itself. Concierge Camping absolutely lives up to its reputation—and then some. We left feeling refreshed, thoroughly looked after, and already planning our next visit. A truly fantastic stay.

Fantastic experience yet again!! We had a day cabin which was very clean and in a great location. Check in really set the scene, very friendly and efficient. Staff and food onsite was superb (we had pizza from notdough and duck from notso and both were excellent) the bar area is a huge bonus with a great selection of drinks and great service. I would not hesitate to stay again.

There is no doubt that this is a good site. The grounds are immaculate, the pitches are large and the toilets and showers are luxurious. Plenty of people will go into more depth about the other benefits but there’s one downer that I’d like to point out. Each pitch gets 10kWh of electricity included but any more is charged at 27p/kWh. That’s not a lot but given the level of the fees it seems a bit unnecessary. We stayed in the middle of summer and the only power we used was water heating, lights and a little tv but we used 8kWh/day so note that far short of the limit. Vehicle charging is only slowed at the dedicated chargers in the reception area at much higher rates ~75p/unit so it’s not to stop EV charging from your unit. When you’re paying fees >£75/pitch to expect users to pay more for power seems a bit mean.
