Fern Lodge

Families and groups up to six find Fern Lodge works well as a self-contained base for a countryside stay near Chichester. The three-bedroom detached lodge, built in 2021, sits within 100 acres of mixed woodland and meadow. It has its own garden with decking, seating and a hot tub for six, plus parking for two cars. One dog is welcome at no extra charge.

The ground floor holds two king bedrooms, a shower room, and an open-plan living and dining space that opens onto the deck through glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; upstairs there's a third bedroom with a balcony and its own shower room, plus a study. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. For those with small children, a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. The owners live on-site and have designed the property with privacy in mind, so the grounds are shared but the lodge itself is yours alone.

The surrounding area puts you within reach of Goodwood Estate, known for motor racing and golf, as well as the wider attractions of West Sussex. The enclosed garden with a private hot tub is where most guests spend their time when the weather allows.
