What visitors say
Posting on behalf of Maggie. Had a fantastic meal with friends at Fishbourne Club. The fish and chips were delicious and everything was served piping hot. A special mention goes to Karen, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure everyone was looked after. Highly recommend the fish and chips and look forward to visiting again soon!

Went to this year’s firework display 2024, first time going. Wanted to say thank you for a spectacular display it was amazing and I had a great evening. Great atmosphere and food as well!

I found the staff easy to deal with. I had made arrangements for my twin brothers Wake at The Fishbourne Centre from my home in Canada, before coming to England. The Centre is perfect for a variety of functions. The food we got was varied & delicious. There was a bar for those who wished for a beverage. Good parking.

Absolutely shocking. I was excited to take my small child and his cousin to the firework display after going last year and having a great time, however this year was far too busy for the facilities available! The parking situation was abhorrent with the car park being filled within 30 minutes and everyone else forced to occupy residential parking/parking on verges (often in unsafe spaces) The demand for money before entry with a requirement of £15 for a family, even though the fliers stated a ‘donation’ was awful enough, but the complete lack of rides, space, facilities, organisation and communication was a kick in the teeth for that money! Not to mention that you have to pay for the rides ontop of that too. Being shuffled around the hall like cattle from one table to the next just to pay for a glow stick and a drink, even though they were on the same table together, was made incredibly difficult by the lack of staffing and organisation/ queuing system. The fairground was stuffed to the max making getting anywhere with children incredibly unsafe and a nerve wracking experience as they were frequently being trampled by others as there was no space for anyone to walk; so incredibly disappointing and won’t be returning next year, I’d rather travel further and give my money to organisations that actually care about the functions that they are holding.
