What visitors say
This is my first visit to the IMAX here. Quick front service for a coffee, was immediately upon entrance reminded to enter car details as film would take me over the time. (Have seen other negative reviews as people had neglected to enter their details even though it clearly says it on the signage) My only negative is that the seating isn't very generous if you have a bit of size on you. Would love to have recliner as my short legs barely touched the floor. Was hurting my knees after a while. All in all a good visit (if a little pricey £17.99)

Its a good cinema to visit but get 3 stars because, and I assume its because of Cineworld being in financial difficulty, they aren't maintaining the screens. Was in screen 6 yesterday and not only is the whole screen dirty but has some damage at the top of it. Then you have the IMAX screen that is much better but even that has some folding. They appear to have stopped the booth option upstairs, we did it once and wasn't very good. The sound was pumped into the booth. Just seemed odd. Would have been better if private but you had to share with others that had booked. Good cinema but the screens need maintenance. The extending the parking is useful but everyone should be aware these parking "fines" are invoices not fines and are unenforceable so should always be challenged. Cineworld need to put up clearer signage for where the tablets are as its not clear at all if you've never been there before. Also those tablets are starting to fail so need replacing. The fact the signage isn't clear would be one valid reason for appealing any unenforceable invoice.

The cinema staff were amazing, we made an error with the booking, but they were above to help us without fuss and get us in to watch the movie. Food and drinks were good standard too and the seats were nice, if not a little small with limited leg room, for an IMAX experience I would hope for bigger seats and leg room. Still a great experience all in all though

The manager and staff were spot on. I booked on Monday to see disclosure day on the following Wednesday but must have clicked Monday screening instead. Anyway got snacks booked in wrong day ffs. 🤦♂️ They called the manager- top bloke ❤️ sorted it out and swapped them. We saw the movie and will definitely be going back to cineworld

Some reviews mention the snacks can be expensive.
