Decent classes and well equipped gym. I have had great experiences with Theo and Dan - friendly, helpful people. Also good instructors. All of the instructors I have had have put effort into planning their classes and set a goo example for us to follow. I wish there was a pool and that some of the classes didn't fill up so fast. Perhaps if there is interest on a particular week for a particular class it might be worth running a second one (especially at the weekend)?

16/4/23 FC Lions 1-3 Magpies 91 Chesham & District Cup semi-final. This ground has a lot of character. It needs a lot of work doing to it as it seems to have been neglected for a while. There are no covered areas of seating or terracing. There is no path going round the entire ground make it unsuitable for wheelchairs. There are no floodlights. Toilets can be found in the Gym next door. If you like grounds like this then this is a must visit.

Reason I won't be renewing membership, mobile phones. Last time I went had to listen to a conversation whilst she was on treadmill. Fed up with folk on machines, weights, looking at their phones for 10 minutes before sets. Phones should be banned.

It's great to have a gym in what is after all just a village. Staff are very nice and helpful. The gym is always clean and well maintained. The level of use early mornings can be pretty variable...sometimes I'm the only person there at 6.30. However, sometimes the gym classes that start at 7pm can dominate the mat area and even the machines. Ideally an extension is needed to double the mat area and add a few needed bits of kit, like more free weights and some more dedicated machines like cable pull, bicep curl (there is a lot of completion for the fly cable machine for these exercises, which isn't great as the weights are too light for cable pull and the many different exercises people are trying to do on this machine means it is difficult for anyone to complete their routines).
