The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. Carlos provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised by his Mandarin and Taiwanese language skills, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

We had such a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A special mention to the wonderful team Daría, Dario – their service was great, and every recommendation they made was spot on. Big thanks to chef Rikko - the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the lobster burger, wagyu smash burger, and lobster croquettes – and every single dish was delicious. big thank you to the chef for such an outstanding culinary experience! A very special shoutout to Yohann – he is truly the soul of the place. His energy, attention, and warmth made the evening very special and memorable. We had such lovely conversations, which made the whole experience feel personal and unique. Overall, an exceptional evening with great food, fantastic service, and such a welcoming team. We will definitely be back and recommend our friends!

Just went there for lunch, the restaurant is spacious and comfortable. We had half and half, lobster burger and lobster roll. All food are delicious and we finished everything! Services are excellent. An wonderful ending for our London trip ！

My family and I really enjoy visiting this Burger & Lobster location. It's spacious, not overly crowded, and the service is excellent. Carlos was especially friendly and kind to our children, and we really appreciated his warm, professional, and welcoming attitude. The food was great as always. We've visited other locations before, but this branch stands out for its atmosphere and service.
