About The Fenwick Arms
Claughton sits within easy reach of the Forest of Bowland and the Lancaster Canal, making it a handy base for walking and cycling in this corner of Lancashire. The Fenwick Arms occupies a spot on Lancaster Road here, offering traditional inn-style accommodation with free on-site parking for anyone arriving by car.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and drinks available in room, and the hotel operates a 24 hour reception so arrival times are flexible. There's a restaurant and bar on site serving breakfast, packed lunches and kids' meals, plus a garden with outdoor seating for warmer days. Meeting rooms and VIP facilities are also available, and pets are welcome to join the stay.
Beyond the doors, the surrounding area offers fishing, walking and cycling routes, along with further pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. Free WiFi and luggage storage round out the practical side of a stay built around exploring the Bowland countryside rather than staying in.
