What visitors say
Morden Hall Park is a lovely green escape with riverside walks, open lawns, and peaceful woodland paths 🌿 The historic buildings and well-kept gardens give the park plenty of character. It’s a great place for families, dog walkers, or anyone wanting a quiet break from the city. The café and garden centre are useful additions, making it easy to spend a relaxed few hours here.

Have been trying to visit for years as have always loved the look of this place.. I will need to go back and will plan it next time I was pleased that I got to see the little exhibition.. I was a bit disappointed that the bookshop and stables cafe didn't seem open. The actual park is beautiful and I enjoyed wandering around the different areas.. I was sooo grateful for the loo in the family centre/ hub especially as after my wandering the main cafe had also closed by then. I enjoyed wandering around the rose garden (especially amused by the spooky wallk), through the buildings and round the wetlands.. I was a bit surprised about mentions of the hall as it definitely seemed to be a separate event venue that did not seem accessible from the park. Beautiful!! Tho I love autumn and that had been part of the motivation

Morden Hall Park is a beautiful, family-friendly, dog-friendly green space perfect for a relaxed day out. Just a short walk from Morden station, the park offers plenty to explore. Two cafés serve simple bites like toasties, cakes, scones, and ice cream—ideal for a quick treat. Don’t miss the excellent garden centre; even if you don’t have a garden, it’s still worth a visit for its lovely selection of gifts and homeware. The expansive park has meandering waterways, woodland paths, a charming rose garden, and my personal favourite—the wetland boardwalk. Walking along the wooden planks through tall, swaying reeds is a surprisingly peaceful and immersive experience—a perfect way to spend a slow afternoon.
