81 Golden Sands is a ground-floor holiday home where everything opens onto one flowing space. You arrive into a generous open-plan area that combines living, dining and kitchen without feeling cramped. The lounge has a Freeview Smart TV, the kitchen is properly fitted with gas cooker, electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer and air fryer, and there's room to eat together without squeezing round a small table. A sofa bed in the main space provides extra sleeping room, useful if you have six to accommodate.

The two bedrooms are separate: a double with its own en-suite shower, and a twin room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property sits within Golden Sands Holiday Park, where you have use of a shared indoor heated swimming pool (12m × 6m) with changing facilities, and parking for two cars on site. The park itself is in Kinmel Bay with direct access to the beach. No smoking throughout the property.
